25K USD Convertible Bonus Terms and Conditions

The “25K USD Convertible Bonus” Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Promotion”) are an integral part of the Aurum Markets Client Agreement, and provisions set herein are considered as an annex to all Aurum Markets Client Agreements.

Specific 25K USD Convertible Bonus Terms

1. “AURUM MARKETS Bonus credits (hereinafter “Promotion”) begins on 01/02/2025 and will run indefinitely, until Aurum Markets determines otherwise.

2. The Promotion is available to all new and existing live account holders who deposit $250 or more from 01/02/2025, indefinitely (hereinafter, “Participants”).

3. To be eligible for the 25K USD Convertible Bonus, individuals need to request to open the account. Upon approval, the client can fund the account.

4. The 100% bonus will be credited (as Credit) to the participant’s live account for each deposit of $250 or more. The maximum bonus will be up to a total amount of $25,000.

5. If a participant has deposited several times more than $250, they will receive multiple Bonuses in the same trading account up to a total amount of $25,000 per eligible trading account.

6. At any time if the Equity is equal to or below the Credit amount, all open positions will be closed automatically, and the Bonus will be removed, without any prior notification.

7. The Bonus is available on MT4 and MT5 Account types: Classic Standard, Classic Active Trader, and Classic Micro.

8. During the Conversion Period, Total P/L – (all withdrawals + current withdrawal) = the available balance of the trading account, and any such profit can be withdrawn without affecting the bonus. Any amount of funds removed from the balance of the trading account that do not align with the aforementioned available balance and/or profit definition will trigger an automatic removal of the credit bonus from the account. The aforementioned available balance and/or profit definition includes all withdrawals from the time the account was created.

9. To convert the Bonus to balance, participants must meet a conversion ratio of 1 closed (Standard) lot round turn for every $5 of credit value. For example, if the Bonus is $250, a minimum of 50 closed lots must be achieved to convert the full bonus into balance. The bonus will be converted to a balance automatically after the completion of every 10 Standard lots.

10. Participants are required to trade the total volume mentioned in clause 9 of these Terms and Conditions, to be able to convert the Bonus to a balance.

11. If a participant has initiated multiple transfers, each exceeding $250, resulting in the reception of multiple Bonuses within the same account, they must fulfil the lot requirements as per clause 9 of these Terms and Conditions, to be able to convert the Bonus to a balance.

12. The use of the Bonus in conjunction with any other deposit-related bonus is not permitted.

13. AURUM MARKETS can provide the Terms and Conditions in various languages, aligning with those in which our website is translated. Please note that translations are solely for informational purposes and do not carry legal weight. In any situation where conflicts or inconsistencies arise between the English version and its translation, the English version will take precedence and be considered the authoritative version.

14. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected violation of this Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the Promotions and refuse to offer any type of Credit or Bonuses at its sole discretion and without the need to justify.

15. The Company, at its discretion, reserves the right to nullify all trading bonuses previously credited to the Client’s eligible trading account(s) and cancel any related transactions, profits, or losses if there is any indication or suspicion of arbitrage, abusive or improper trading, attempted fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage linked to a trading bonus, or utilization of or any other form of deceitful or fraudulent activity.

16. Any disputes arising from or related to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotions will be ultimately resolved in the jurisdiction specified in the Company’s Terms and Conditions and/or Client Agreement.

17.
